Deadpool Wolverine: Hugh Jackman Returns as Wolverine
Ryan Reynolds' Deadpool joins forces with Hugh Jackman's Wolverine in hilarious new superhero comedy
The wisecracking semi-hero is back and now he's part of a bigger universe
Deadpool Wolverine is a hilarious superhero buddy comedy that brings Ryan Reynolds' Merc with a Mouth to the MCU for the first time, alongside Hugh Jackman's Wolverine from the X-Men. Jackman has played Wolverine nine times and had supposedly retired the character after 2017's Logan, but he's back for one more adventure in Deadpool Wolverine.
The film is full of surprising self-referential MCU humor and unsurprising plot and pacing. The wisecracking semi-hero is back, but now he's part of a bigger universe.
